Key Responsibilities

• Execute personalized therapy plans for each patient, emphasizing early intervention and same-day evaluations to maximize recovery potential.
• Foster a collaborative workplace where teamwork thrives, with active participation from all colleagues to enhance quality of care and patient safety.
• Identify clinical improvement opportunities by collaborating with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to ensure continuous enhancement of therapy services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups to streamline patient access to services and ensure optimal care.
• Become proficient in clinical systems to ensure thorough documentation, appropriate coding, and accurate charge capture for improved operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant state practice acts, rules, regulations, and Workers' Compensation (WC) guidelines to maintain compliance and best practices.
• Drive metrics related to patient experience and satisfaction, implementing patient feedback strategies for service improvement.
• Uphold the standards outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook and ensure the delivery of the Perfect PT visit model.
• Manage clinical outcomes effectively, addressing any outlier cases in collaboration with staff therapists.
• Oversee clinical workflows to optimize patient capture, processing of referrals, and scheduling, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Active Action Therapy, Inc., you will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, workplace injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a fulfilling full caseload, our benefits package includes:
