Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients upon intake, focusing on developing an evidence-based treatment plan tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Implement and monitor various therapeutic techniques, such as hands-on manual therapy, exercise science, and advanced rehabilitation modalities to promote recovery and mobility enhancement.
• Effectively document all patient interactions, treatments administered, and outcomes in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
• Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs, ensuring optimal results.
• Deliver educational support to patients and their caregivers, guiding them on exercise techniques, self-management strategies, and use of assistive devices for improved independence and functionality.
• Commit to professional development by participating in workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities that enrich your practice and keep you updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with an active Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
