Work Environment

You will work in a supportive outpatient clinic setting, characterized by a collaborative and collegial atmosphere. The clinic operates with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting work-life balance and ensuring manageable caseloads for our therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that effectively address their specific needs.
• Administer focused, hands-on therapy treatments, utilizing a blend of manual techniques and functional exercises that promote healing and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment strategies based on their evolving health goals and needs.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress, adhering strictly to clinical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Engage in regular team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure cohesive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse client base, ranging from active adults to older individuals needing rehabilitation support. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; advanced degrees (DPT/MPT) are preferred.
• An active Florida Physical Therapy license is mandatory to practice in our facility.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise with at least 2 years of experience in outpatient or orthopedic care is essential for this role.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with exercise prescription specific to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
