Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to determine specific physical therapy needs, using evidence-based assessment techniques.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises designed to improve function and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, including at-home exercises and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment methods used, and adjustments to treatment plans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary team members to review treatment plans and incorporate any necessary modifications based on patient feedback and clinical observations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our practice revolves around individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, including but not limited to joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Licensure: An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting, is essential.
• Skills: Profound knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, proficiency in manual therapy techniques, and demonstrated ability to apply various therapeutic modalities effectively.

Preferred Experience

While the foundational requirement is three years of clinical experience, candidates who possess a background in working with high-performance athletes or acute rehabilitation will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
