Work Environment

The position is onsite at our Deerfield Beach rehabilitation center, offering a stimulating and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new patients to evaluate their medical histories, physical conditions, and therapy needs.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient's specific requirements and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and range of motion.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage with patients to educate them on their conditions and promote adherence to treatment protocols and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care delivery and facilitate referrals if needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of patients, primarily those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Strong manual hands-on skills for delivering effective and safe treatment interventions.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with three or more years in orthopedic settings will be viewed favorably. Experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred, encompassing hands-on rehabilitation, patient education, and contributing to multidisciplinary treatment teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
