Work Environment

You will join a small, dynamic team of two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all committed to enhancing patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, identifying their goals and needs effectively.
• Manage a patient caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, allowing for focused and personalized treatment.
• Provide cost-effective treatment plans aimed at expanding clients' range of motion and mobility.
• Reduce patients' reliance on medications by exploring non-invasive treatment options and alternatives to surgery.
• Develop individualized care plans that incorporate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Create and implement tailored fitness and wellness programs specific to the needs of each patient.
• Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on best practices and proven interventions.
• Motivate and engage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, optimizing their functional abilities.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing physical strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and monitor progress while documenting services in EMR systems, including WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals seeking recovery from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. In this role, you will encounter diverse cases, allowing you to apply a wide range of treatment modalities while addressing unique challenges and goals for each patient. Your expertise will be instrumental in enabling patients to return to their daily activities, work, and recreational pursuits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid physical therapist state license.
• Clean professional history with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques essential for orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Excellent skills in developing and implementing effective exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desired.
• A proven track record of successfully motivating patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
