Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our thriving rehabilitation facility in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida. Here, you will be welcomed into a modern, well-equipped therapy environment where teamwork and communication are prioritized. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic and ample opportunity for professional interaction and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and needs, followed by the development of customized treatment plans aimed at optimizing recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement therapeutic interventions, adjusting methods as necessary to align with patient progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation related to care and billing activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest best practices and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster a safe atmosphere by ensuring that all therapy equipment is well-maintained and that safety protocols are followed at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary responsibility will be to treat orthopedic patients suffering from various conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility for licensure.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, such as WebPT EMR, is highly beneficial.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
