Work Environment

Located in the vibrant city of Delray Beach, our clinic offers a welcoming and dynamic work environment that thrives on teamwork and patient engagement. As a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work onsite, collaborating closely with fellow healthcare professionals in a state-of-the-art outpatient office designed for optimal patient care. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a work-life balance conducive to your well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for 1-2 patients per hour, analyzing their physical condition and recovery goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to restore function and mobility.
• Utilize specialized equipment effectively to enhance therapeutic outcomes, including resistance training tools, balance assessments, and electrical stimulation devices.
• Set clear, measurable goals for each patient's rehabilitation journey and consistently monitor their progress to quickly adapt treatment approaches as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments provided, and progress notes in a timely manner while complying with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate regularly with your patients about their treatment plans, providing education on their conditions, and fostering an environment of trust and motivation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing is required to practice.
• Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting with direct, hands-on patient care, particularly within an orthopedic context.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specialized rehabilitation techniques and modalities commonly used in orthopedic therapy.
• Previous work in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment where patient volume is high, and multidisciplinary collaboration is key to success.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
