Phyxable PT LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. As a critical component of our outpatient practice, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work full-time, onsite at our outpatient office, with operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be integrating into a warm and friendly environment where open communication with colleagues and patients is encouraged. Our facility is designed to enhance the therapeutic experience, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, treatment rooms tailored for manual therapy and exercise, and access to a variety of rehabilitation tools that support diverse patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's physical condition, identifying limitations and formulating targeted treatment strategies.
• Create individualized rehabilitation plans that align with each patient's specific goals and recovery timelines.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to effectively enhance mobility and minimize pain.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and lifestyle modifications that promote mobility and prevent further injury.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient encounters, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes to adhere to regulatory standards and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in physical therapy practices, attending workshops and educational opportunities as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Emphasis will be placed on creating a supportive environment that fosters patient motivation and engagement throughout their recovery process.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of physical rehabilitation techniques and best practices within an outpatient setting.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and families, promoting understanding and compliance.
• A strong ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• A patient-centered approach, displaying empathy and dedication to improving patient contributions.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, particularly within an outpatient orthopedic setting, is strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing efficiency in documentation and patient tracking.
• Familiarity with therapeutic equipment and emerging techniques relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

Phyxable PT LLC offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually for full-time positions, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
