Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patients' medical histories and performing physical assessments to accurately understand their conditions.
• Collaborate closely with patients to discuss their symptoms, physical limitations, and rehabilitation goals, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by leveraging evidence-based practices, and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercise techniques essential for recovery, promoting proper usage and safety precautions during workouts.
• Provide hands-on treatment, including manual therapy and massage, aimed at promoting healing and reducing pain.
• Assist patients with mobility-enhancing equipment such as wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring they are properly fitted and educated on effective usage.
• Maintain meticulous patient records using our advanced electronic health record system, tracking treatment progress and adjusting plans to meet evolving goals.
• Advise patients and their families on in-home exercises and treatment options to support recovery beyond the clinical setting.
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in a patient's care to facilitate thorough evaluations and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Senior Physical Therapist at Break Through Rehab, LLC, you will primarily serve a diverse outpatient population. Our patients vary in age and physical condition, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• A valid state Physical Therapy license for Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in orthopedic therapy, with a strong understanding of movement patterns and rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficient in utilizing technology, including electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience
