This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to effectively identify functional limitations and disabilities.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities, ensuring alignment with evolving healthcare standards.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, documenting pertinent history, assessment results, and creating clear recommendations for ongoing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to refine treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments and changing conditions.
• Facilitate appropriate discharge planning, ensuring a seamless transition to home or further rehabilitation as needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for all patient interactions, treatment sessions, and progress updates to comply with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in facility meetings, contributing to discussions on best practices, policy updates, and team performance improvements.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, focusing on removing barriers to access and enhancing patient care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain management cases, and sports injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• A valid license to practice physical therapy in Florida is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Certification in specialized orthopedic therapy or additional relevant certifications is advantageous.
• Current CPR certificate to ensure readiness for emergency situations.
