Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, as you will travel to patients' homes throughout the Hollywood area to provide personalized care. This setting allows for a comfortable, familiar environment for recovery, catering to patients who may have difficulty traveling to traditional outpatient facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, capabilities, and limitations, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to individual needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on rigorous assessments and patient progress.
• Administer hands-on therapy, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-management techniques, and long-term wellness strategies to promote continued recovery at home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
