Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their goals, needs, and limitations, ensuring targeted and effective treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and progress personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based orthopedic methodologies, focusing on pain relief, mobility enhancements, and functional improvements.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise regimens tailored to individual patient conditions, including but not limited to post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, ergonomics, and lifestyle adaptations to promote long-term health and wellness, thereby reducing dependence on medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to review patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure comprehensive care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on managing patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation cases, chronic pain syndromes, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on physical therapy experience, specifically within the orthopedic domain, underscoring your capacity to manage various musculoskeletal conditions with successful outcomes.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with specialized certifications in orthopedics or sports medicine, as well as those with experience in multidisciplinary rehabilitation settings, will be favored. Compensation and Benefits
