Work Environment

This full-time role operates within a collaborative, onsite outpatient office setting. You will work alongside a team of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), fostering a supportive atmosphere conducive to both professional development and efficient patient care. The practice operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work schedule that promotes work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' physical limitations, goals, and treatment needs.
• Manage a focused patient caseload, dedicating personalized attention to each individual on an hourly basis.
• Deliver tailored orthopedic treatments aimed at enhancing range of motion and functional mobility.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of modalities, techniques, and therapeutic exercises.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain, improve function, and promote healing.
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and any modifications in care plans meticulously using EMR software, specifically WebPT.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.
• Advocate for healthy lifestyle choices by promoting exercises that improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Continuously assess treatment effectiveness and make evidence-based adjustments to care as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters predominantly to individuals with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical patients, sports injuries, and chronic pain sufferers. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist license is mandatory.

• Experience in utilizing EMR systems, including familiarity with WebPT, for efficient documentation and management of patient records.

Compensation and Benefits
