Work Environment

The Rehabilitation Center offers a welcoming and professional atmosphere where teamwork and compassion are valued. You will collaborate with a qualified team consisting of two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), fostering a rich environment for sharing knowledge and clinical insights. This onsite position operates from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify individual needs and establish achievable therapy goals.
• Assess and monitor patient progress through regular evaluations, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize diverse treatment modalities to develop personalized care plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Manage a caseload of 2 to 3 patients per hour, ensuring efficient and effective treatment delivery.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients about their conditions and promote compliance with prescribed exercise regimens.
• Document patient interactions and treatment effectiveness in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, such as WebPT.
• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enrich the holistic approach to patient care.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their recovery, promoting a proactive attitude toward rehabilitation.
• Advocate for a healthy lifestyle by designing fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population dealing with orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Florida Physical Therapist License, with no disciplinary actions or board actions against it.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT, to document patient care effectively.

Preferred Experience

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting. Ability to develop and implement engaging exercise programs tailored to the needs of each patient is crucial. Previous experience in collaborative practice environments will be highly valued.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
