Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, providing treatment in the comfort of patients' homes. You will work autonomously, leveraging your clinical expertise to develop and execute customized care plans that align with each patient's unique needs. You will interact with patients and their families, educating them on therapy processes and expectations, creating an environment of trust and support essential for recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and functional abilities, tailoring treatment programs to their specific needs.
• Implement and supervise therapeutic interventions, working with cutting-edge tools and evidence-based approaches to maximize patient outcomes.
• Maintain open lines of communication with referring physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Document all treatment modalities and progress in patient records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.
• Actively engage in community outreach and educational programs that promote wellness and preventative care.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to patients, addressing any concerns, adapting treatment plans as necessary, and encouraging their participation in the rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will touch a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and pediatric conditions. Your role will involve creating specific therapy strategies that align with medical recommendations, always aiming for the best possible functional outcomes. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE- or APTA-accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively relate with patients and their families.
• Proficient in using technology for record-keeping and patient engagement, ensuring streamlined documentation practices.
• A commitment to fostering positive relationships with patients, their families, and your colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Two (2) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy role, specifically in home health settings.
• Experience treating a broad range of conditions, including but not limited to orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and sports injuries.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and familiarity with the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices.
• A current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
