Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, which include history reviews, detailed assessments, and precise documentation of findings, ultimately determining appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, integrating their feedback into goal-setting processes that enhance compliance and motivation.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on assessments and adapt these protocols to meet the changing needs of patients, ensuring effective rehabilitation.
• Collaboraate with other healthcare professionals when necessary, recognizing critical changes in patient conditions that require adjustments to the care plan or additional consultations.
• Oversee discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, including initial evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries.

• Be an active participant in department goals and objectives, complying with all regulatory standards set by governmental and accreditation bodies.
