Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
• Developing, documenting, and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and evidence-based practices.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to enhance recovery, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on functional activities.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all patients.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and streamline care delivery.
• Communicating effectively with patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy with eligibility for state licensure in Florida.

• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
