Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to evaluate patient history and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Exhibit extensive knowledge regarding complex medical diagnoses, interpreting laboratory results, and understanding contraindications to provide informed care.
• Employ innovative techniques and clinical skills to design and implement therapeutic programs for patients with a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric cases.
• Monitor and assess clinical outcomes, addressing any outlier cases in collaboration with fellow therapists to optimize treatment effectiveness.
• Facilitate clinical workflows to streamline the patient intake process, manage referrals, and coordinate scheduling to enhance facility operations.
• Implement therapy plans focusing on proactive interventions, with an emphasis on same-day evaluations to exceed patient expectations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, senior citizens needing rehabilitation post-surgery, and children with developmental challenges. Your expertise in understanding the unique needs of each demographic will be essential in achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build positive relationships with patients and team members alike.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a passion for enhancing patient care.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, embracing challenges and adapting to various clinical scenarios.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
