Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist for Outpatient Rehabilitation Center

Caring Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation center located in the vibrant community of Coral Springs, Florida. Work Environment

This role will be performed onsite at our outpatient office, which is fully equipped with a variety of modalities and treatment tools. The environment fosters teamwork and collaboration, as our skilled team includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists who work closely together to create holistic treatment plans for our patients. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to meet patient needs and operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to the unique needs and medical histories of patients, focusing on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and stretches while closely monitoring their progress and ensuring safety during sessions.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, techniques, and home exercise programs, providing essential knowledge to support their recovery journey.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat therapy under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, including range of motion, strength improvements, and functional changes.
• Prepare and organize treatment areas and ensure necessary equipment is available for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal rehabilitation results.
• Offer emotional support to patients to foster a motivating environment throughout recovery.
• Adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and respect for their rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a wide range of patients, including children, elderly individuals, athletes, and post-operative clients. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in a physical therapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits
