Work Environment

You will work onsite within our advanced Rehabilitation Center, equipped with cutting-edge tools and technology designed to support patient recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses to develop accurate treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Document and maintain records of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes efficiently, utilizing our advanced software systems.
• Monitor and assess individual patient status regularly, interpreting data to adapt treatment plans as necessary based on age-specific needs.
• Guide and educate patients and their families about transitional care, exercises, and home safety to enhance recovery outside of the clinic.
• Create and implement personalized rehabilitation programs, applying evidence-based practices to maximize recovery potential and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care and exchange of vital information impacting treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida or a temporary permit is acceptable.

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is preferred but not required.
