Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and interdisciplinary team members to gather and discuss patient history and needs, ensuring an integrated approach to care.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex medical diagnoses and how they affect physical therapy treatment, utilizing laboratory and radiology results to inform clinical decisions.
• Innovatively assess and treat patients across various populations—including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients—by developing tailored treatment programs that align with each patient's unique needs.
• Manage clinical outcomes by tracking patient progress, addressing outlier cases in consultation with other staff therapists, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Streamline clinical workflows to enhance patient intake, referrals, and scheduling efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from their first visit through discharge.
• Implement therapy plans focused on early intervention and conduct same-day evaluations to maximize treatment benefits.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Completion of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Proficiency in organizational skills to manage patient schedules, documentation, and treatment plans effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
