Work Environment

As a licensed Physical Therapist with Move Right Therapy, Inc., you will work primarily in a home care setting. This onsite role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate patients' needs, allowing you to conduct evaluations and therapy sessions in a comfortable and familiar environment for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including re-evaluations, to develop individualized therapy plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans that emphasize early intervention and same-day evaluations, adjusting the approach based on patients' progress and feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to communicate patient history and specific health needs.
• Manage clinical outcomes by addressing unique patient cases in partnership with other therapy staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Ensure efficient clinical workflows through proper scheduling, managing referrals, and optimizing the patient onboarding process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of treatments, evaluations, and patient progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client population, ranging from post-surgical patients to those managing chronic illnesses and rehabilitation after injuries. The focus will be on providing tailored physical therapy solutions to enhance mobility, functionality, and overall quality of life. Building rapport with patients and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and create a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Experience
