Work Environment

As a Staff Physical Therapist at Empower Concierge Rehab and PT, your work setting will primarily involve home care visits. Each day, you will travel to various patients' homes, allowing you to create a comfortable, familiar setting for your therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, identifying their therapeutic needs and creating tailored treatment plans.
• Administer a range of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities based on established best practices.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and best practices for wellness and injury prevention.
• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and hospital policies to ensure compliance and uphold the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The diverse patient population you will serve includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Our clients range from pediatric to geriatric, each requiring tailored approaches to meet their specific health needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current Certification in CPR/BLS, preferably from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
