Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, focusing on home care, where you will work directly with patients in their living environments. The work hours are flexible, permitting a schedule of either 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or a four-day workweek, catering to your work-life balance. The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and physical abilities to develop tailored therapy plans.
• Implementing and modifying treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and patient progress.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary staff members, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing personnel, to support comprehensive patient care.
• Educating patients and their families on therapeutic practices, exercises, and goals to ensure meaningful engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, documenting therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will focus on a diverse patient population seeking rehabilitation for various conditions. This may include post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and neurological conditions. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current Florida Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one.
