Work Environment

This position is onsite, requiring in-home visits to provide individualized care to our pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand the specific needs of each pediatric patient and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, restoring function, and managing pain.
• Coordinate patient care alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals, providing regular updates about patient progress and necessary adjustments to treatment approaches.
• Engage with families to educate them about therapy processes and empower them with the tools and knowledge needed to support their child's rehabilitation at home.
• Document treatment outcomes, patient progress, and contribute to comprehensive care summaries to meet regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in your interventions, providing high-quality care that reflects latest research findings.
• Maintain open communication lines with office staff to ensure seamless scheduling and continuity of care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
