Work Environment

Your role will be stationed onsite in our modern outpatient office located in the lively community of Miami Gardens, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient responses to therapeutic interventions, ensuring that each session moves towards achieving individualized recovery goals.
• Document and complete all required forms accurately and in compliance with prevailing company policies, state, and federal regulations.
• Adhere to established protocols, ensuring that all treatment aligns with the prescribed plan of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with both temporary and chronic disabilities, focusing on pain relief, functional restoration, and promoting healing.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to foster understanding and engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Engage in regular peer consultations and meetings, collaborating with colleagues to discuss patient progress and potential adjustments to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, and those with mobility impairments. You will work with a diverse group that may include athletes, seniors, and post-operative patients. Qualifications

• A valid and active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate degrees are also highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits
