Work Environment

This position is primarily based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Miami. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, assessing physical capabilities and developing individualized treatment plans to address functional limitations and disabilities.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions in alignment with patients' goals, continuously monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and rehabilitation staff, to ensure comprehensive care and enhance continuity of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes as per legal and professional standards, including submitting billing for services.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and the importance of adherence to treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing education, in-house training, and community outreach, fostering a culture of excellence within our team.
• Supervise and mentor support staff and interns, ensuring their aligned contribution to patient care and departmental goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
