Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical conditions and functional capacities.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Administer hands-on therapy that includes manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Engage in patient education by providing information to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle changes to support recovery.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, ensuring thorough documentation and adjusting treatment strategies in accordance with patient response.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation compliant with state regulations and organization policies.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices, integrating new techniques and methodologies into your treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population in Miami ranges from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors undergoing rehabilitation after surgery or treatment for chronic conditions. Your role will involve working closely with these individuals to help them regain function, mobility, and independence in their daily lives. The goal is not only to treat their conditions but also to empower them with knowledge and tools to prevent future injuries.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy or related fields, with a strong clinical background.
• Exceptional clinical skills with a demonstrated ability to perform and evaluate a wide variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
