Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and individual needs to create personalized therapy plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and the use of therapeutic modalities, to aid patient rehabilitation.
• Assess and document progress towards established goals, continually adjusting therapy plans based on patient response and recovery trajectories.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, self-management techniques, and use of any prescribed therapeutic equipment to facilitate ongoing care during and after therapy sessions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, case reviews, and outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Manage your caseload effectively by prioritizing individual patient needs, coordinating care plans, and ensuring timely follow-up on treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will serve a diverse client base, including adults and pediatric patients with various conditions such as post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
