Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Execute evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities to promote healing and functional restoration effectively.
• Foster excellent communication with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize appropriate therapy tools and technology to document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Provide education and training to patients and families regarding treatment expectations, interventions, and home-based exercises.
• Consistently meet or exceed utilization targets and contribute to the clinic's overall performance metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Monadnock Care Solution, you will work with a diverse patient population encompassing various diagnoses, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with patients and collaborators.
• Proficiency in standard clinical documentation software and word processing.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly desirable.

• Current CPR certification is required.

Compensation and Benefits
