Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with functional limitations, developing individualized treatment plans to address specific needs.

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate a patient's continuum of care, contributing insights into the treatment strategy and implementation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with advanced expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation or unique therapeutic techniques will be valued. Compensation and Benefits
