Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Center in Miami

Position Overview

Radiance Physical Therapy is actively looking for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in an onsite capacity at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Work Environment

At our Rehabilitation Center, you will work in a collaborative and supportive environment. The facility is equipped with advanced technology and rehabilitation tools that enable you to perform various therapeutic techniques effectively. You will be part of a multidimensional team, collaborating closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Radiance Physical Therapy, you will:

• Assess and fulfill the physical therapy objectives and requirements of each patient through thorough evaluation and consultation.
• Manage a patient case load of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and personalized treatment.
• Implement and administer cost-effective physical therapy interventions that improve patients' range of motion, mobility, and overall function.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual patient needs.
• Design and promote customized fitness and wellness programs that enhance patients' strength, flexibility, and overall health.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment to optimize their functionality and promote recovery.
• Closely monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Collaborate and communicate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Your expertise as a Physical Therapist will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, accidents, and chronic pain diagnoses. Whether working with elderly patients seeking to improve mobility, athletes aiming for peak performance, or post-operative clients needing rehabilitation, your role will be crucial in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to overcome challenges and regain their independence.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No record of disciplinary actions or board issues on the license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement effective exercise programs.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings will be given preference, as this role requires familiarity with managing rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions and post-surgical recovery. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate patients are essential for success in this position.
