Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered therapeutic care for a designated group of patients, in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on achieving specific health goals and improving patient engagement.
• Deliver or oversee the majority of therapy interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes over the continuum of care.
• Evaluate and document therapeutic interventions within established legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Utilize specialized techniques and procedures to address patients' rehabilitative and functional needs, adapting approaches as necessary based on patient progress.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on the application of therapies, exercises, and the appropriate use of therapeutic devices to ensure ongoing recovery outside of clinical settings.
