Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our modern rehabilitation center in Miami, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at rehabilitating individuals with orthopedic injuries and conditions.
• Implement independent clinical judgment based on years of hands-on experience, ensuring the delivery of optimal treatment modalities.
• Perform various therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the application of modalities suitable for alleviating pain and restoring function.
• Maintain open lines of communication with patients and caregivers regarding therapy objectives, progress updates, and home exercise programs, actively engaging in patient education.
• Document clinical findings, patient progress, and treatment outcomes following regulatory and best practice standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility caters to a diverse patient population, predominantly focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• At least three (3) years of experience in physical therapy, preferably with a focus in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proficient in clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and creating detailed treatment plans through evidence-based practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or biofeedback.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to efficiently document patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Background in providing mentorship or training to junior staff or students in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, dental and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.
