Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and set targeted goals for their rehabilitation.
• Manage a standardized patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring that each session is tailored to the individual's unique recovery plan.
• Design comprehensive care plans that integrate diverse treatment modalities including manual therapy techniques, exercise programs, and therapeutic modalities.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at improving clients' range of motion, strength, and overall mobility, all while reducing dependence on medications.
• Document all patient care activities meticulously, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal protocols.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment to maximize results and promote independent self-care practices.
• Evaluate treatment progress and modify care plans as necessary, maintaining a focus on achieving optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient management and to develop integrated care solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
