Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring movement and functionality.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, ensuring alignment with patient-specific goals and medical evaluations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a compassionate and responsive approach during patient interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to optimize patient outcomes through integrated treatment strategies.
• Provide in-home therapy services when necessary, executing skillful therapeutic techniques to facilitate recovery in a familiar environment.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, lifestyle modifications, and self-management techniques to ensure effective recovery.
• Meet minimum productivity goals set forth by the organization while contributing to team initiatives and clinical objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a diverse array of patient demographics, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sport medicine populations. You will have the chance to work with individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, disabilities, and other physical impairments. Through a tailored therapeutic approach, you will help each patient rediscover their strength and mobility, guided by their unique recovery trajectories.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, alongside a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, underscoring your ability to adapt and respond to the needs of diverse patient populations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association, ensuring your readiness to handle emergencies in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, reflective of your expertise and the value you bring to our team.
