Work Environment

Our clinic operates on a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent and structured work environment. The atmosphere promotes teamwork and patient-centered care, allowing Physical Therapists to work closely with a team of two fellow therapists and a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). This onsite setting enables hands-on treatment and real-time adjustments to therapy plans based on immediate patient feedback. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and fulfill patient needs by developing individualized care plans that align with each patient's unique goals and conditions.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and personalized therapy sessions.
• Utilize your prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care to offer effective strategies for rehabilitation.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments that aim to improve patients' motion and mobility, employing a variety of physical therapy modalities.
• Actively engage with patients to motivate them throughout their recovery, encouraging a proactive approach to their health journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care, sharing insights and treatment updates.
• Conduct regular evaluations to monitor progress, modifying treatment plans and maintaining detailed documentation of services provided.
• Promote health and wellness, focusing not only on recovery but also on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Kinetic Physical Therapy Clinic, we primarily treat patients with private medical insurance, including a diverse demographic that encompasses various age groups and orthopedic conditions. Our patient population often seeks rehabilitation following surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Graduation from a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program is mandatory.
• An active Physical Therapist license in Florida without any disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and an understanding of exercise biomechanics are highly desirable.
• Competence in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically familiarity with WebPT.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective patient interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically focused on orthopedic outpatient care, is preferred.
• Previous engagement with diverse patient populations is advantageous, with a demonstrated ability to adapt treatment strategies to meet varied needs.
• Hands-on experience with sports medicine or post-surgical rehabilitation will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
