Rehab Innovate PT Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a full-time position at our Miami, Florida location. Work Environment

This position is based onsite within a home care setting, allowing you to engage closely with patients in their own environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and needs, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their recovery objectives.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, managing a patient caseload of approximately one individual per hour, ensuring each patient receives the personalized attention they deserve.
• Administer a variety of treatment techniques, utilizing your strong proficiency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to enhance patients' mobility and functionality.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers within the clinic and external professionals to ensure comprehensive care, effectively communicating treatment progress and necessary adjustments.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, closely monitoring patient progress and adapting therapy strategies based on evidence and feedback.
• Document all patient care services meticulously, adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining clear communication records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with orthopedic patients, ranging from post-surgical candidates to individuals with chronic pain issues, sports injuries, and mobility restrictions. Our clinic's focus on personalized care allows therapists to build strong relationships with their patients, fostering trust and motivation throughout the recovery process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree (DPT) is highly preferred.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Demonstrated history of maintaining an untarnished professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and significant experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Ability to proficiently develop and implement personalized exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly experience using WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a home care setting, delivering therapy in patients' homes, which enhances comfort and outcomes.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques or areas of rehabilitation are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong compensation package, our benefits include:
