Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify and address patients' individual goals and requirements.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, seeing one patient per hour to provide thorough and personalized care.
• Employ your expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to implement effective treatment strategies aimed at improving patient mobility.
• Design and develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs to facilitate recovery and promote long-term health.
• Deliver high-quality care that focuses on reducing dependency on medications and exploring non-surgical options.
• Motivate and encourage patients, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere to enhance their treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and conditions. These may include post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Hold an active Florida state license for physical therapy, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Avoid any history of board or disciplinary actions; maintain a pristine professional record.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based exercise protocols tailored to patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience.
