Work Environment

This onsite position is based in our modern outpatient office, designed to foster a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and assess the specific objectives and needs of each patient to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain a focused patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring a high quality of individualized care.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to administer treatments that enhance clients' range of motion, mobility, and overall physical function.
• Emphasize non-pharmacological interventions, minimizing the reliance on medication wherever possible.
• Implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs, incorporating various modalities and exercise regimens designed to meet individual patient needs.
• Educate and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, reinforcing the importance of adherence to their treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to share insights and approaches that enrich patient care.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient interactions and treatment regimens accurately in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to maintain compliance and facilitate effective communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be instrumental in addressing various musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitation needs, and functional limitations. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your license, ensuring trustworthiness and professionalism.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in designing patient-specific exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT, to efficiently document and track patient progress.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the latest clinical evidence and best practices.
• Excellence in patient education, particularly about exercise, functional mobility, and wellness strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
