Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop customized treatment plans that target specific goals and mobility improvements.
• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing various techniques and modalities consistent with each patient's treatment plan, ensuring optimal care management.
• Foster an environment of exceptional customer service while maintaining effective communication with patients and their families about treatment progress and goals.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians within our multidisciplinary team to share insights and strategies for enhancing patient outcomes.
• Provide expert education and mentorship to patients and their caregivers to empower their involvement in the healing process.
• Strive to meet established productivity targets and contribute to the clinic's overall business objectives through proactive patient engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, pediatric patients with developmental issues, neurological patients who require specialized rehabilitation, and athletes aiming for peak performance through sports medicine interventions. Each case emphasizes our commitment to individualized care tailored to the patient's specific circumstances and goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is required to practice.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic modalities.
• A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, their families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in word processing and relevant computer systems to document patient care and treatment plans.
• The ability to build trust and rapport with patients, enabling them to establish and achieve their functional goals.
• A genuine passion for interacting positively with diverse individuals, emphasizing empathy and support throughout patients' recovery journeys.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings, particularly with sports medicine, pediatrics, and neurological rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure seamless documentation and patient tracking.
• A track record of achieving high patient satisfaction ratings and meeting productivity goals.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
