Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including a review of medical history and performance assessments, to determine tailored treatment plans for each patient.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings and treatment objectives to patients and their families, involving them in setting achievable goals.
• Implement treatment protocols that reflect the patient's needs, clinical findings, and the dynamic nature of healthcare.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure cohesive and effective patient care, documenting any changes in the patient's condition that may require adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Manage discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring accurate, timely documentation covering every aspect of the patient's care journey.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills by maintaining an efficient schedule and meeting productivity expectations.
• Engage in both hospital and community marketing initiatives to promote services and build new patient relationships.
• Contribute to departmental goals and objectives by complying with regulatory standards and participating in performance improvement activities.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities, and serve as a clinical instructor for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to numerous individuals ranging from post-operative patients and sports enthusiasts to geriatric clients requiring rehabilitation support. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid physical therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred; however, all qualified candidates will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits
