Kinetics Manual Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Miami, Florida. This pivotal role will involve assessing, planning, and implementing comprehensive treatment programs for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our outpatient facility in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida. Our clinic features a friendly and supportive atmosphere, where collaboration among therapists and healthcare professionals is encouraged. You will have the opportunity to work with advanced equipment and tools tailored to various therapeutic techniques, all while enjoying a schedule oriented around Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patient conditions to determine their physical therapy needs based on physician referrals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment protocols utilizing evidence-based practices that address a range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric issues, and sports-related injuries.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to maximize patient outcomes and provide integrated care.
• Deliver hands-on therapy services, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, with the ultimate goal of enhancing patients' functional mobility and overall health.
• Provide education and training for patients and their caregivers on how to manage their conditions effectively at home.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet specific health goals.
• Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with patients and addressing their concerns efficiently.
• Monitor and contribute to the achievement of minimum utilization goals and participate in organizational initiatives to enhance clinic performance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by APTA or CAPTE.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
