Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing personalized treatment plans that align with their defined recovery objectives.
• Implement and modify treatment programs based on patient progress, utilizing evidence-based techniques to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Engage in direct patient care, providing skilled interventions and therapeutic exercises that are specifically designed to enhance function and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes, regularly discussing case management strategies and progress.

Qualifications
