Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's physical capabilities and limitations to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies using hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and specialized modalities.
• Utilize independent judgment and critical thinking skills to adjust treatments based on patient progress and feedback.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment goals, progress, and any challenges they may face, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and administrative staff, to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
