Flexi Flow Rehab is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Miami Beach, Florida. In this full-time, onsite role, you will be pivotal in helping our patients restore their mobility and overall physical function. Work Environment

The working environment at Flexi Flow Rehab is collaborative and team-oriented, consisting of two other experienced physical therapists and a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Our team is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care that addresses the diverse needs of our clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• See between 2 to 3 patients per hour to optimize treatment efficiency and adjust plans as necessary.
• Utilize your experience in orthopedic outpatient care to develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Provide patient education focused on promoting reduced reliance on prescription medications by exploring non-surgical options.
• Create individualized care plans that leverage various therapeutic modalities, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each patient.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness regimens that cater to the unique health conditions and recovery trajectories of patients.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them achieve tangible results.
• Integrate exercises aimed at increasing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination into treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.
• Monitor treatment progress by analyzing results, sharing advancements with the team, and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, including documenting services provided and outcomes achieved.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a wide range of patients, including athletes recovering from injuries, adults with chronic pain conditions, and individuals rehabilitating post-surgery. Our diverse clientele means that your skill set will be challenged and expanded, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on their recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist License in the State of Florida, with no record of disciplinary action.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, to facilitate efficient patient tracking and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient care, with a strong understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation protocols.
• Experience in a team-based rehabilitation setting, demonstrating effective communication and collaborative skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
