Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members to evaluate patient histories and specific needs, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized therapy plans based on thorough assessments, focusing on early intervention and timely evaluations.
• Effectively manage clinical outcomes, directly addressing complex or outlier cases with fellow therapists to enhance care delivery and ensure all therapeutic interventions yield positive results.
• Maintain clinical workflows that optimize patient intake processes, referral management, and scheduling—streamlining operations to improve patient flow and satisfaction.
• Conduct precise patient evaluations and re-evaluations, interpreting clinical data and outcomes within the scope of your licensure to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Document patient progress accurately, including thorough chart reviews and data collection, to support treatment decisions and demonstrate outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults and seniors experiencing various conditions including post-operative recovery, chronic pain, neurological disorders, and general mobility challenges. Our clientele seeks to regain functionality and maintain independence in their daily lives, and your expertise will be vital in helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
