Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations, mobility issues, and pain levels, subsequently crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate cohesive patient care that enhances treatment efficacy and outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to educate the public about orthopedic health and rehabilitation options.
• Participate in continuous professional development through team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation, and older adults facing mobility challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
