Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their individual needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to treat conditions related to orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Deliver high-quality care by employing evidence-based practices, ensuring adherence to the physician's plan of care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment processes, exercise programs, and self-management strategies to foster independence and recovery.
• Provide skilled care to patients both within the clinic and, where applicable, in their homes, adapting therapeutic activities to meet specific functional goals.
• Maintain a focus on patient satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and ongoing support throughout the rehabilitation journey.
• Meet established minimum utilization goals and contribute to the clinic's overall operational success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and neurological challenges. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the APTA or CAPTE.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A passion for establishing and nurturing reliable patient relationships to foster achievement of functional recovery goals.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, which will enable you to apply your skills effectively across a variety of specialty areas. Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, particularly with a focus on evidence-based practice, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
